On your order confirmation you will receive a tracking URL which will show you the status of your order.
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time. The product is delivered within 2-3 working days in India from the day of order confirmation. While Koal.com can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from our store, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not directly under the control of Koal.com and the company cannot be held liable for it. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition.
There are zero hidden charges when a customer makes a purchase on Koal.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price that customers see on the product page is exactly what they pay.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
